Yesterday was beautiful, warm and sunny...The kids played while I sipped cappuccino at the promenade. Here are some pictures of colorful things at the shops and the kids. Later we went to our favorite restaurant, Bulls. Yum!

  6. It has been 16 years since I visited Hurghada. It was a ghost town back in the day. But it was lovely. I heard there were dolphins out in waters there but didn't see any. Enjoy!

  11. Miss, pasta is pasta, I actually requested penne so I don't have to deal with the long noodles in public!

Molly, good question..have I survived? It's a big adjustment...all the conveniences and like you said efficiency just isn't the same. You just get used to it, but it still bothers you, the little things.

  13. After the embassy altercation I was freaking out about moving to Egypt. Cuz then I rememebered all the things that drove me insane before and I forgot in self defense.

    *sigh*

    I will miss efficiency.
