Cairo.

Here are some photos from yesterday, We ended up spending the day in Cairo and visiting the Pyramids, the Giza Zoo and even got to go to City Stars, which is like only the biggest mall in Egypt. Six floors of mostly overpriced boutiques but I loved Spinney's. Cairo has lots more to do than Hurghada but it's really crowded and very polluted.

All in all a good day to end a nice weekend, Alhamdullilah.

  3. Assalaam alaikum-

You're bringing back memories of my time spent in Egypt. I LOVED City Stars...I was surprised at how many American products they had at Spinney's. They have this cool furniture store there too- Istikbal...it's kind of like an IKEA in Egypt. I always thought that if my parents visited me in Egypt, I would DEFINITELY want to take them to City Stars...

  4. Yea, its pretty nice, kinda too fancy for me though! Of course American products are really expensive, like 30 le for a bag of toll house cookies...forget it! It would be fun to spend a day there just exploring though.
